This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services provided by SSN Communications (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By engaging our services, the client agrees to the terms stated below.
1. Project-Based Services
🔹 Advance Payments
- All advance payments made for project initiation are non-refundable.
- Advance payments secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and technical planning.
🔹 Milestone Payments
- Payments made against completed milestones are non-refundable.
- If a project is paused or discontinued by the client, completed work up to that stage will be chargeable.
🔹 Before Project Start
- If cancellation is requested before work commencement, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
2. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) & Support Plans
- AMC or support fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at management discretion.
- If services are terminated by the client before contract expiry, remaining unused period may not be refunded.
3. Hosting & Third-Party Services
- Payments made for hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, cloud services, or third-party licenses are non-refundable, as these are governed by third-party provider policies.
- SSN Communications is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services.
4. Subscription-Based Software
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billing cycle begins.
- Annual subscription cancellations may be considered only within 7 days of activation, subject to approval.
5. Cancellation Process
To request cancellation:
- Submit a written request via official email.
- Include project reference number and reason for cancellation.
- Allow up to 7 business days for review and response.
6. Company-Initiated Termination
SSN Communications reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment terms are violated
- The client engages in unlawful activities
- There is breach of agreement
In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.
7. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be applicable in case of delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures beyond control.
8. Exceptions
Refund decisions, if any, will be made solely at the discretion of SSN Communications management and must be approved in writing.
