These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services, website, and software solutions provided by SSN Communications (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services

- Software Development & Web Applications

- IT Infrastructure Setup
- Technical Consulting & Support
All services will be delivered as per the agreed proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
2. Project Confirmation & Payments
- Projects will commence only after written approval and/or advance payment confirmation.
- Payment terms (advance, milestone, or full payment) will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
- Delays in payment may result in project hold or suspension of services.
- All payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and necessary access credentials.
- Share content, data, and approvals on time.
- Ensure lawful use of developed software and systems.
SSN Communications is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete information from the client.
4. Intellectual Property
- Source code, designs, and developed software will remain the property of SSN Communications until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership rights will be transferred as per agreement.
- SSN Communications reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by NDA.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Business information
- Technical infrastructure details
- Project documentation
- Login credentials and server data
Confidential information will not be disclosed without written consent unless required by law.
6. Service Support & Maintenance
- Free support (if applicable) will be provided as per the agreed duration.
- Ongoing maintenance, hosting, or server support may be chargeable annually or monthly.
- Emergency technical support may incur additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
SSN Communications shall not be liable for:
- Data loss due to third-party hosting/server failure
- Cyber-attacks beyond reasonable security measures
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss caused due to client-side misuse or unauthorized changes
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, or plugins.
SSN Communications is not responsible for changes, downtime, or pricing adjustments made by third-party providers.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment terms are violated
- The client engages in unlawful activities
- There is breach of agreement
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
11. Modifications
SSN Communications reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the revised effective date.
